ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were on vacation in Texas winter of 2024 and liked the Gulf Coast area so much we thought we might want to move to that area. We contacted Cat regarding a house she had listed and she arranged the showing on short notice. She even took time to show us one other house for us to consider. We have not had good experiences with realtors so were skeptical about working with a realtor we had never met before, but we immediatley took a liking to Cat. We ended up not buying because we are not quite ready to make the move to Texas, but we loved the properties and loved spending an afternoon with Cat. We highly recommend Cat for anyone who wants to buy/sell a property!
