Originally from Satellite Beach FL, after graduating from Florida State University, I moved to Atlanta & began migrating north to the gorgeous North GA Mountains. I tell people "I'm not from here, but got here as quickly as I could"! I am an active tennis player, hiker, golfer, & sports enthusiast I'm extremely involved in serving my community through the Chamber of Commerce and the Optimist Club International. Our experience with Cat Benitez was excellent! From the moment we met with her she made us feel at ease with the process of finding our vacation home! She was always available to take our phone calls and would dedicate several hours of her time to show us cabins when we came in to town. Cat listened to what we were looking for and was extremely helpful in guiding us through our house hunt. Her knowledge of the Blue Ridge and Elijay area is exceptional and we finally found our dream cabin. From the contract phase to the inspections and finally to closing Cat was on top of everything and made the process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend her to any friends or family looking for a home in the Georgia Mountains!

As out of town buyers, we needed an agent that was responsive and ready to make the most of our time traveling hours away to look at homes. Throughout the whole process, Cat was available at all hours to answer any questions we had. We were able to make a 2 day trip to see many homes and found just the right cabin for us.
