We feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to work with Heather from Cassondra's team thanks to the recommendation from a friend. We couldn't have asked for a better agent for our first time buying a home! From the very beginning, Heather was incredibly responsive answering all questions we had. She made sure to walk us through every aspect of home buying so we would know exactly what to expect. During showings, if you are truly interested in putting in an offer, Heather will not just quickly walk through the house with you, but will spend time with you looking at every part of the house making sure it is everything you hope for (for us, she even crawled into the crawl space to check for things!). She is knowledgable on what to look for in houses and will spend as much time with you during the showings as you feel you need. Along with being great to work with, Heather is highly skilled at forming strategic offers and working with multiple-offer situations. We were searching for a home in Raleigh during March (which during this time, the market was incredibly competitive and most homes were sold within a few days). The house we closed on had 10 offers within two days and thanks to Heather's knowledge, strategies, and commitment, we won! Throughout the process and even after buying the home, Heather has continued to be extremely responsive to any questions that arise. She stayed excited with us the whole way through and made our first time buying a home fun and as stress-free as buying a house can be. ZillowVERIFIED Though we did not work directly with Cassondra, we did work with one her team. We are new to the area and made a cold call to the agency. We were greeted warmly and with genuine concern for our needs. With both my partner and myself being from out of the area during a large portion of the process, the team member actively searched and keep in constant contact with us by sending listings to us to review. They listened and adapted to our thoughts and needs as we learned more about the area and what we were looking for. When we were able to get down for viewings, they was well prepared for our visits with homes and information about the local areas. When a house was found and an offer made, they were very helpful with negotiations and with inspections throughout the process. They were there for closing, answering questions we had and offered referrals for local companies when asked. Even after the closing they have reached out to us to see how things are going.

We did feel that at times they were looking out for the buyer of our home more than us. I also think it was hard at the end when all these fees that we knew very little about came up. When we did ask you shared but if you dont ask you are just surprised. Overall, when it was all said and done you all did your jobs . One group sold our house in a weekend and another found us our dream home. Thank you for all of your work.

ZillowVERIFIED I am very unhappy with my experience with Cassondra Liles & her team. They were unresponsiveness to my questions, didn't provide me with accurate information, and just all around I wish I had gone with another agent. At first Cassondra seemed very happy, helpful, and knowledgeable but then almost as soon as I signed the contract with her everything changed. She told me I had to leave my stove at my house or else the house couldn't be appraised for FHA loans as it would make the house 'not habitable' - this is not true, as confirmed by 2 FHA appraisers I spoke to and 3 other licensed realtors. She advised me to lower my list price (a price she had set) after my house had only been on the market for 1 week, when houses in my area were taking 20-30 days to sell but were getting 98% of list in that time. I told her no and asked her if the homes in my area reduced their price during that 20-30 day period, and she would never answer that question. She kept pressuring me to lower the list but wouldn't answer any of my questions about why, so I held firm and didn't lower and after 2 weeks got a full-list offer. After that, I told her repeatedly I was concerned about my buyer not meeting her due diligence period deadlines since an appraiser hadn't been scheduled, and she repeatedly assured me 'everything is fine' and then the day the buyer's DDP was to end I get an email from Cassondra's team saying I have to extend the DDP - I was upset, as this had the potential to impact my purchase of my new house, and when I talked to Cassondra and her team they seemed to be more on the side of the buyer than mine. I could get into more specific examples, but overall I just had a horrible experience and would never recommend her. Both of the other realtors I've used (1 to purchase the house I just sold, another to buy my new house) have been much more responsive, helpful, and pleasant to work with than her & her team.
