We live outside the area and were dealing with an unscrupulous attorney and a reverse mortgage following the passing of a family member. Then the storms came and we required a new roof. We sold the property after the first open house. She referred us to a roofer and visited the attorney and made inquiries on our behalf. We recently closed. There is no one better than Cassie Samons!

ZillowVERIFIED I retained Cassie as a Buyers Agent to search for a property I could use as a Bed and Breakfast or rental property. She sent me info on approximately 25 properties over a 2-month period which, for the tight geographical area I wanted, was impressive. We toured 11 of them (I settled on and purchased a city lot and plan to build on it). Cassie was a good communicator and very quick to reply to my texts and questions. She was organized and prompt to our appointments and always in a pleasant mood. I felt she was genuinely interested in finding me just the right property. What I especially liked about Cassie is that she is not a procrastinator. If we were touring a property and she didnt know the answer to my question, she would right then call the person she felt had the answer. She wanted to make the most of her time and the most of my time. If she could track down the answer during our tour, she would. She operates at a fast pace! But she was fun to work with. My experience with Cassie was positive and productive. I would call on her again without hesitation.
