Cassie Parfitt

Cassie Parfitt, Realtor - eXp Realty, Chicagoland

Cassie Parfitt is a licensed Illinois real estate agent with eXp Realty, based in Elmwood Park and serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Elmwood Park, Oak Park, Forest Park, Chicago, and the greater Chicagoland suburbs.

Cassie has worked in real estate since 2004, starting as an investor after buying her first rental property. She went on to work as a loan officer, then moved into the title industry as an account executive and closer after the housing crisis. She later worked alongside a real estate attorney, all while continuing to invest through BRRRR, fix-and-flip, and rental strategies. She earned her real estate license in 2023.

That background is why her clients get more than a transaction. Cassie specializes in first-time homebuyers, investors, distressed properties, foreclosures, short sales, and property management. She helps first-time buyers get into a stronger position to purchase before they ever make an offer, and she works with buy-and-hold and BRRRR investors who want a realtor who actually understands the numbers.

Her focus in one line: helping families create generational wealth through real estate, and making sure they understand the process and what's coming next at every step.
