ZillowVERIFIEDA close friend recommended Cassidy. It is best to compare services, so I contacted another realtor. The first realtor other than being personable came in, gave a pitch which was generic at best. Cassidy on the other hand did her research first and had documents in hand when she came through the door. They included a market analysis of our price range and several printouts of competing houses. She also had a booklet that outlined step by step her process and aEURoeTo do listaEUR? to be successful. She did not rush and reviewed all the information that would help us through the process as a guide. You only have one opportunity to make a great first impression and Cassidy hit it out of the park. We decided to go with Cassidy, follow her advice and our home sold in four days. Cassidy was on point from the offer through the closing including a debriefing after closing. We highly recommend Cassidy as a realtor who will provide friendly, professional, and timely service.

Cassidy is the best! She helped me think of ways to make my house look its best for photos and showings and she was always very responsive by text, email and phone. During the offer and closing process she made sure I fully understood all my options and what the next steps would be and answered all of my questions no matter how small.
