ZillowVERIFIEDI don't usually write reviews, but Cassandra Kelly of Century 21 earned this one! As a first-time real estate investor, I made mistakes, had countless questions, and needed guidance every step of the way. Cassandra didn't just help me buy a property, she became a trusted advisor who was committed to helping me make a smart investment. Although I own a real estate investment company, this was our very first property purchase, so I had little hands-on experience with the process. From day one, Cassandra took the time to educate me on the market, helped me understand what to look for as an investor, and carefully listened to my goals. She guided me to an incredible investment opportunity and thoroughly analyzed the numbers to ensure the property had strong profit potential before encouraging me to move forward. Her dedication didn't stop there. She connected me with an outstanding mortgage team, negotiated every aspect of the deal she possibly could, found excellent inspection services at competitive prices, and made sure every detail was handled properly. She stayed on top of every step of the transaction and ensured nothing was overlooked. What impressed me most was her commitment. At our very first meeting, she arrived soaking wet after getting caught in the rain because she refused to cancel our appointment or delay it. That level of dedication speaks volumes about her professionalism and work ethic. Later, when I made some significant mistakes during the process, Cassandra immediately stepped in, helped resolve every issue, and kept everything moving forward. The list of everything Cassandra did for me is simply too long to include in one review. She exceeded my expectations in every way and turned what could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience into a smooth and successful one. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, honest, and genuinely invested in your success, Cassandra Kelly is the person you want on your side. I can confidently say that I will be working with her again as I continue to grow my real estate investment portfolio. Cassandra, thank you! Rich
