ZillowVERIFIED Would have given her no stars if possible. I have contacted her multiple times by phone calls and texts and she does not respond. I did get a text finally that she was available to show the house and I responded back but she never confirmed or responded to me. This was a Monday and it is now 4 days later that she was available that day or the next to show the house. Still heard nothing back. Completely angry about the lack of professionalism!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Cassandra Jones was a blessing and Godsend as a real estate professional throughout the entire process of selling my home. I was selling a rental property in Dallas while living in another state and she acted as a true agent on my behalf in every sense of the word. Her communication was prompt throughout and her availability was immediate at any time day or night. I never had to wonder where we were at any step from listing to close. As we neared the closing date of the sale the tenant in the house had not moved out by the agreed upon date. Cassandra facilitated the move out on my behalf by being on site to ensure things were progressing. Additionally she routinely checked in on site to monitor the cleaning and painting that had to be done to make the home move in ready. Much of the work she put in to make the house ready for the buyer took place well before and well after normal working hours in a day. I can't imagine another real estate agent going above and beyond like Cassandra did for me. There aren't enough stars on here to properly rate her professionalism, expertise, and most importantly kindness, generosity, and integrity. God bless you Cassandra Jones. We were looking with a very narrow set of requirements for our home purchase and also working in a very fast moving market. Cassandra was so responsive that I could see a "new" listing at 10:00 in the morning, knowing that the time window to see and make offers would be limited, she would check the actual status of the listing get an appointment and we could be looking at the home by 1:00 that afternoon. I always felt like I was the most important customer that she had and with her help, we found exactly the right home.

I explained what I did and didn't want in a house. Cassandra was able to provide me listings based on my wants and needs.
