ZillowVERIFIED Great! She worked with us and got us what we wanted! She was well equipped with different houses that could potentially meet our needs. Once we found what we wanted and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on how the process to purchase would go. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor in the aid of purchasing our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED Cassandra is a fantastic agent! We are so grateful to have worked with her. Our family was outgrowing our condo, so we decided to sell and buy a larger home. A beautiful home in our desired area had come on the market, and Cassandra knew just what to do to ensure our offer was competitive above others -- and we got the house! If we had any questions, day or night, Cassandra responded quickly and was able to resolve everything. She went above and beyond for us. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Working with Cassandra has been a pleasure, and I would definitely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Cassandra Howie is one of the top realtors in south Jersey and after working with her, I can see why! She was patient and listened to our every concern & requirement throughout the home buying journey. She made thoughtful recommendations but never sugar the important things. When it came to crunch time, Cassie fought hard for us to get the home of our dreams! She knows the area so well and was able to give us tons of recommendations, from the movers to the mortgage lenders. If youre looking for a relator that will get things done for you, dont hesitate to contact Cassie! Thanks so much from the bottom of our hearts!

ZillowVERIFIED Cassie was a pleasure to work with. She did a fantastic job from start to finish selling our home. She had professional photos and videos taken of our home to promote the sale of our house. She had numerous open houses and showings along with adequate signage and advertisements. Cassandras knowledge of the Brigantine local market was impressive. She returned all of our calls promptly and with accurate answers. She was very accessible and informative throughout the entire process either by phone or in person when needed. Whatever issues arose she informed us and advised us. She was very much hands on throughout the whole ordeal. She treated us with dignity and respect. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Cassandra took the reins right from the beginning of our adventures with home buying. As our first time buying a home, Cassandra kept the process moving along smoothly and even stepped in when the mortgage company I used slacked behind. We were time limited during the process and Cassandra let her true expertise shine over the others! She scheduled everything, answered any questions and kept us in the loop the whole entire time. At closing, she treated us as if shes known us a life time!!! Highly recommend!! Shes definitely a 5 star realtor!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Cassandra was extremely patient with us, a couple of old people selling our family home. My husband has dementia which complicated matters. Cassandra showed us house after house, sometimes more than once. When we sold our house and found a new one, Cassandra was invaluable with help on the clean out and the move. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and committed to our interests. I would recommend her without any reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so happy I chose Cassandra to help me sell my home, she was so very compassionate through out the entire process and made what was a sad time, an easy and great experience for me. She walked me through every part of selling, took time to explain every situation. We sold fast and more than I thought I would get!! After we closed on my house, she then helped me find my forever home. In a hot market, Cassandra was on it, she did everything in her power to make sure we got the house I wanted (right next to my grandchildren). I'm not very tech savvy and I always had a million questions but Cassandra took the time to help me with everything, no matter what time it was or how annoying I must have been. Selling and/ or buying a home is an extremely important time in your life, Cassandra is definitely the realtor you want to use, I promise you! I highly recommend!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were fortunate enough to meet through a family member who also worked with her on their home purchase. As first time homebuyers, Cassandra was patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate about our concerns. She was proactive through the selection process and went out of her way to ensure that we would find our home. We never thought we would own a new home and she made sure to assist us in achieving our goal. We would definitely recommend her services in the future. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Due to the coronavirus, I was unable to come up from South Carolina to look for a home. Cassandra worked closely with my son and daughter-in-law to find me a place so When I settled on my home in South Carolina, I could arrive in New Jersey and move right in and not have to store my furniture and go through two moves. I looked through the homes virtually. When I saw my home for the first time, the virtual tour did not do the place justice. The house was awesome. And settlement was a breeze. It occurred while we drove up 95. Easiest real estate transaction ever. Thanks to Cassandra and my family.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home buyer and typed in realtor on Facebook, Cassandra 's name popped up on multiple recommendation posts so I figured I'd give her a try . I am BEYOND happy I did ! From day one she was professional, knowledgeable and sent me listing same day ! She was on point from day 1 to closing . I would send her to so many homes a week , call her all hours of the day and constantly ask a ton of questions. She never complained , brushed me off , ignored me or made me feel uncomfortable. When things didn't go as planned she would bend over backwards to accommodate me . I highly recommend her and already told others about her and even referred my parents who are seeking their home and buying a new home . I trust Cassandra 1000% !
