Cash is the best agent that we had the chance to work with. He is very knowledgeable. he will FIGHT for you... We had agents in the past that the only thing they care about is closing the deal and move on the next buy or sale. They did not care about how much you make or lose. You hardly see or heard from them. As an Agent, Cash, was very engaged to the whole process. He communicated extremely good, and kept us in the loop the entire process. We had no intention of re-listing until after the holidays, but Cash convinced us to let him come out and speak with us-are we glad we did! We listed our condo with him & it sold in record time. He then helped us negotiate the purchase of another home. When we recently decided to make another move, we of course, called Cash. Cash has the patience of Job! He meticulously follows up with every agent who shows your home, even though it sometimes takes two or three phone calls or texts, and reports back with all the feedback-positive or negative. He is on top of escrow and keeps in constant with you until closing day and even after. In addition, his wife Amy, takes amazing photos that make your property stand out on the MLS listings. I would give Cash ten stars if I could!

Upon entering the property, we were greeted by Cash, who could not have been more cordial and welcoming. Although this particular property was not exactly what were we looking for, Cash told us that he knew of other properties in the area that may better suit our needs, and invited us to walk with him to view these other nearby properties.
