ZillowVERIFIED Casey began by creating a promotion for the property with his photographer and created a listing that made the property look more inviting than I thought was possible. He was proactive with open houses and found ways to keep my listing in a good place for potential buyers to view. He kept me informed of any interest from prospective buyers and was accommodating with less than cooperative tenants that were in the house during the sale process. When an offer was made he was quick to be sure all of the buyers concerns were addressed and helped me create a situation that was comfortable for both the buyer and myself. He handled as much of the transaction as possible in a digital format which helped expedite the process quickly and was very professional throughout the listing and sale.
