ZillowVERIFIEDCasey listed and sold our property in under 90 days in a lukewarm real estate market. He was easy to communicate with, always available to answer questions. When he didn't know the answer, he said so and promptly got the information that we needed. He was very patient and explained things very well. We were very happy with listing with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey was an invaluable resource during my home buying journey. We worked together over a couple of years during really challenging market conditions. I was a picky buyer, and shopping from out of state. Casey was patient with my process and was able to advise me on different properties even when I couldn't make it down to look for myself. He was kind, supportive, and flexible and always willing to hike around a property with me and my partner. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt good about the house that I ultimately bought, and he was responsive and helpful during the closing process, sometimes calling or texting multiple times during the day to make sure that my questions were answered and needs were met. Casey is down to earth and friendly and I'm so grateful to have connected with him. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey was a total pro. I can't recommend him highly enough. He helped us sell our rural property more quickly than anticipated. He had a lot of knowledge of the local market and the expertise to guide us through the complexities of selling a farm. He was responsive and offered regular updates. Casey went above and beyond with wrangling local contractors, surveyors, and groundskeepers.

ZillowVERIFIED We seemed to hit it off from our first phone call. Casey was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. He was easy to talk to & down to earth. Casey was always very responsive, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the local area. He was able to assist in resolving any concerns we had. Casey was always available throughout the whole process and gave us the feeling that our interest were of the utmost importance. This gave us the confidence, and trust in our decisions we made going forward. We feel we met a great realtor but better yet a good friend. We hope Casey feels the same. Sincerely, J&S

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Casey Spitzer exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to assist us with finding the right home to make new memories in. He made sure to answer any questions or concerns that both my husband and I had. He walked with us through the whole process of looking. He waited patiently (sometimes in the corner) while my husband and I would hash out the details of every home we toured. My husband and I recommend Casey for any and all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Casey Spitzer to sell my fathers house. I worked directly with him as the executor. Casey's understanding of the market was right on. His ability to negotiate on our behalf was outstanding. He was very level headed and I really appreciated his common sense approach to the negotiations for the sale. In addition, his expertise regarding ability to use electronic signatures, and to even assist the closing company with the signing of some documents was so much appreciated. I would highly recommend his services to sell your home!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Casey for a long distance relocation to retire. It was many weeks before we actually made it to Cortez to look at houses but Casey was in constant contact. Moving long distance and choosing a new home after 29 years was quite a chore for us. Considering the obstacles we imposed , Casey was right on top of things and when we arrived to tour homes he had a prepared agenda based on understanding of what we were after. As a result we found our new happy home during only a 2 day search! We would recommend Casey to any relocating folks and locals as well!

ZillowVERIFIED Casey was always responsive to our requests. Either by doing things when We called or letting us know when he would have the information. We sold our family cabin which was tough for us to do and and an hour north of Dolores. This made its location not convenient for buyers or for Casey.
