When we sold our house, I was dealing with an issue where I couldn't get there in person and she even helped coordinate getting my car shipped, meeting the movers, prepping house for new owners, etc. Although I should not say that because now you are going to expect her to do it for you too. She might, but you're going to have to earn it, tiger. Be nice to her, she's pretty special and knows this market backwards and forwards. If you want to get her a present to say thank you after closing, just know that she really really likes goats, and a baby goat as a gift from you would mean a lot to her.

After seeing the advertisements for the homes that she was selling, it was really a no brainer to have her as our listing agent. Let me tell you, she did not let us down. She took her time answering all of our questions and was readily available anytime of day or night. She helped with everything from picking the paint color to suggestions on new fixtures and staging. The pictures and video were absolutely amazing. We couldnt have asked for any better. None of the other properties in the complex looked nearly as good (did I mention that the units all look pretty much the same). We had multiple offers and closed on the sell exactly one month after listing it for over asking price.
