ZillowVERIFIEDI know it wasnt an easy task finding our home, we were looking for a fixer-upper and with the crazy market, we kept hitting wall after wall, but Casey put up with us through all the ups and downs! ?? She is very responsive and if shes not able to get back immediately, she lets you know and gets back quickly. There were times when wed ask to see a property, and we were able to schedule something the same day! That was very helpful with the market too! I also appreciated the privacy when we were looking at properties, she was never, ever pushy or looking over our shoulders, that made it very comfortable for us! She is very down-to-earth and sweet and it was honestly a pleasure to do business with her. I am really grateful that we found her!! Highly recommend her to help you find your home!!

I contacted Casey and told her my requirements for a home and then asked her if she could work with my daughter to show her the homes because I was out of state. Casey didn't hesitate to step up for the task of working with two people, a buyer not present and her daughter who would be looking at the homes I selected from the list that Casey provided to me within the hour after I had contacted her.Before she met with my daughter Casey printed out each homes' features so my daughter could take notes about the homes they looked at, until they found my dream home. Once that was decided then Casey worked with me to finish the purchase of my home. Here is why Casey Owens should be your next realtor.She took the time to explain aspects of house buying that I didn't even have any knowledge about. Casey's was in my corner all the time dealing with the sellers realtor, lender, and the title company. She would call or email them to make sure all was on track and would notify me immediately of the updates. She was always on top of the entire process.To ensure a smooth process on my end she would call to check if I was receiving the information I needed to complete the paperwork. She quickly handled all the requirements that the VA and lender requested in such a competent manner the VA loan was approved quickly. She called me just before closing and asked if I had any questions. ZillowVERIFIED I talked to Casey on the phone before we actually met. We talked about a home in Chipley, FL that my wife and I were interested in and Casey arranged a meeting at the home for viewing. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the Chipley area, which was terrific since, until driving there to see this home, I had never even been to Chipley. We discussed the differences regarding living out of the city limits as opposed to in city living and that covered both the good and not so good about country style living. As soon as I my wife and I saw the inside of the home, we decided to make an offer. I talked with Casey about the offer amount, and she felt like it was a strong offer, one that would be strongly accepted by the seller. All through the process, Casey was always readily available when I had questions, of which I had many during the buying process. Her pleasant demeanor, and calming presence was extremely important to me and even though there were some obstacles associated with the purchase, Casey navigated those waters with confidence and ease. I never once felt like this was going to be anything but a walk in the park. Closing was a breeze, as Casey made sure that we had everything done in advance. If there was a scale of 10 for measuring her performance and professionalism, Casey would certainly score a 10 from my standpoint.

After interviewing 3 realtors we decided to use Casey. It was 100% the right decision. She not only got us top dollar for our house, she had it under contract within a week, and continued showing it after just in case, so we would have a back up if anything was to fall through (which it didn't). She also recommend several local contractors to help us finish up a few projects that needed to be done around the house before we could list it. I cannot say enough about her professionalism, her knowledge of the local market and willingness to go the extra mile to make it a smooth transaction for us since we don't live locally!
