Each home that was of interest resulted in the property already under contract. When we finally made an offer, the property had two other offers on it. He assessed our needs very quickly and listened to what we were really looking for, answered every question and request for information and if he didnt know the answer he would tell you and then get the answer. We dealt with a very difficult sellers realtor and he handled it very professionally and we were able to successfully purchase the home we wanted after much negotiating. He went out of his way to accommodate our crazy schedule and went so far as to do a FaceTime viewing of a place we were very interested in and that was the home we ended up buying. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor and we would use him again.

In the early, exciting stages of buying a new home (or selling a home for that matter) people have a tendency to forget the importance of pre-qualifying their real estate agent. That's a huge mistake since you will be working and communicating, discussing, negotiating and strategizing with your agent for the better part of a month or more. Ask yourself, "Do I really want to work closely with this person for the duration of the contract?" "Is my agent not only going to be responsive early on but during the entire process?" "Is my agent cool under pressure?" "Can my agent deal with complex transactions?" "Will my agent act professionally and respectfully from beginning to end, even if the tensions rise?" We can honestly answer each and every one of these questions with a resounding YES as we have just completed a complex, out-of-state purchase contingent on not one, BUT TWO properties with Eddie Watters & Company. From the first conversation with Casey Hogan until the closing date of our new Tucson town home, Casey performed at the highest level and exceeded our expectations.
