We met Casey as we ventured into the purchase of an investment property. Casey quickly responded to our request to view a few homes. With the inventory being limited. Each home that was of interest resulted in the property already under contract. When we finally made an offer, the property had two other offers on it. Casey worked with us to navigate the winning bid. Caseys calm demeanor and consummate professionalism also helped us through a challenging closing as the lender and title company created a mess of the contracts. Casey was awesome to work with. Weve worked with many realtors in several different states in the past but Casey was by far the best! He assessed our needs very quickly and listened to what we were really looking for, answered every question and request for information and if he didnt know the answer he would tell you and then get the answer. We dealt with a very difficult sellers realtor and he handled it very professionally and we were able to successfully purchase the home we wanted after much negotiating. He went out of his way to accommodate our crazy schedule and went so far as to do a FaceTime viewing of a place we were very interested in and that was the home we ended up buying. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor and we would use him again.
