We started by handing Casey a long, detailed, and seemingly impossible list of what we needed and wanted our new home to entail. We wanted an acre or more, a well maintained move in ready home, and within our budget. We also needed to be within the same school district our two kids (13 and 8) have always attended on top of it all! Casey promptly got us in to see several homes before finding our forever home, and according to our scheduling needs as well. He was working weekends, evenings during the week, and anytime in between we needed anything. Because of his diligence and hard work, especially with the current outrageous market conditions, we finally found the home of our dreams.
