ZillowVERIFIEDCasey assisted my girlfriend and I with the purchase of our first home and, though the purchase itself was a bit messy at times, Casey's handling of the situation- and my stress levels- was masterful. Casey is an incredibly attentive agent who answered all of our questions thoroughly and expeditiously. I could tell, throughout the entire process, that our being happy with the house we found and being happy in the house we bought was the most important thing to her. The sales process for the house we purchased went less than smoothly on the selling side, yet very little of that stress was dealt with by me. While Casey always made sure I knew what was going on, she was also very quick to tell me "Don't worry, I have it handled." And, every single time, she did! Perhaps most remarkable was Casey's ability to never lose her cool with me! When stressed out, I can be a handful at times- and I know this. Casey dealt with my hair pulling and my occasional panic with the ease and expertise of the best therapist out there. Even after the title was signed, Casey made it clear that if we had questions or ran into issues with the house we were to call her so that, if possible, she could help work it out. She is an absolutely amazing real estate agent and I could not imagine anyone else possibly doing a better job. As a first time buyer, I was nervous, and Casey made the process as painless and easy-to-understand as possible. Veterans- we purchased our home via a VA Home Loan, and Casey had no issues working through it with us. She's a big supporter of Veterans and never hesitated when we said we were going the VA home loan route. If you're a Veteran new to the Cleveland area, I highly recommend her!
