ZillowVERIFIED I dont usually give a testimonial, but Casey and David deserve that and much, much more. With their wisdom and patience, they were able to close a terribly difficult deal. The seller, me, was cranky and out of state. Besides me, they also dealt with negotiating the reduction of my 2nd TD, as well as a tenant on the property.Even with insurmountable obstacles to overcome, Casey and David closed in record time and I received more profit than anticipated. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer back in 2012 I was not only overwhelmed but also very nervous to make such a large commitment and purchase. I found Casey through Redfin after a bad experience with one realtor showing me a few homes. Casey was very responsive by email and would even text or call me at my request if needed. Working almost an hour away from the area I was looking to buy in he would set up viewings as soon as possible for me and made it very convenient for me to view as many homes as possible in the evenings. With Casey's help I purchased my first home. In 2016 I decided to sell my home and again work with Casey and his son David. It had been a rental for about a year and they were so helpful with my current tenants schedule and showing the home to sell. With their various real estate sources and by creating an amazing single property website y home sold in less than a week!
