The seller, me, was cranky and out of state. Besides me, they also dealt with negotiating the reduction of my 2nd TD, as well as a tenant on the property.Even with insurmountable obstacles to overcome, Casey and David closed in record time and I received more profit than anticipated. ZillowVERIFIEDCasey and David are the best. They are polite and professional. They have great foresight in directing you to your wants and needs in a home. They both sold our prior home in Orange County and helped us find a new home in the Inland Empire. Casey was there whenever we had a question. They both were readily available to show a us new home as soon as they came available. David took such great photos of our prior home. He made them look like we were selling a model home. These guys are the best. I highly recommend for your next purchase or sale.
