ZillowCaryn recently helped us sell our home in the Poconos. At the time of listing, we had already relocated to our new home out of state, so the entire sale from listing to closing was conducted long distance. She was absolutely professional and encouraging, and has a real can-do attitude that made the process a lot easier on us. No matter what came up, nothing phased her. She was always right on top of things with a solution at the ready.Despite a very challenging market, she was able to get our house sold in the timeline we wanted and at a price we were happy with. She's a great communicator who returns calls, texts, and emails promptly. 100% recommending her to all!
ZillowCaryn is amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Caryn was our agent when we bought our home. She has so much knowledge of the area. More importantly, she pays attention to what you want and doesnt waste your time with a house she knows doesnt fit your needs. Caryn has a great personality and made it fun to look at houses!
ZillowExtremely knowledgeable in the area and wonderful service in all aspects. Sold a home in tough market and had lot of patience. She also sold one of our other homes in Saylorsburg, PA in addition to the one in Canadensis, PA.
ZillowIf you are looking for a local agent that understands how to market the nuances of living in the Poconos, Caryn gets it done! She includes beautiful, professional photography with a video tour of your home, resulting in HUNDREDS of online views and at times, 2-3 showings per week. Caryn is caring and courteous with a strong presence when required. I am looking forward to working with Caryn again in the near future and recommend her services to anyone desiring an all-inclusive selling (or buying) experience. Thank you so very much Caryn for making this selling experience easy and effortless for me!
ZillowI worked as a realtor for a while and my husband is an attorney. We know whats what what it comes to real estate. Caryn was beyond fantastic. Knowledgeable, easy to contact, on the ball. I would use her again in an instant and recommend her to anyone and everyone!
ZillowCaryn Centini is one of the most knowledgeable, and caring realtor. I worked with four in two and half years, and the day i spoke with her on the phone i felt so comfortable. Everyone kept telling me how nervous it is to buy a home. Not with Caryn! Im in my new home 4 weeks and cant be happier, i can know call her my friend

She guided us through the home buying process every step of the way. Caryn went above and beyond to make the closing happen as quickly and smoothly as possible. She kept open lines of communication with us. We highly recommend Caryn to anyone looking for a realtor who will go above the expectations of a realtor to guarantee your happiness with your home buying experience.

ZillowCaryn became our realtor by chance and we were so lucky to have that chance, after 2 awful experiences with other realtors, she made our first experience of buying a home so wonderful! We had many obstacles to overcome and she guided us through all with ease! Her knowledge and advice was outstanding! She went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and needed for our budget and we are forever grateful that we had her to guide us through one of the biggest decisions of our lives! Hands down the best realtor, no one else compares!
ZillowI had looked at a couple houses with another realtor. I had requested a showing for a foreclosure and my realtor never responded (until over a month later - to tell me she had been on vacation). Time was of the essence, so I did some quick research and found Caryn online. I sent her an email at 9:30pm to introduce myself and express interest. She responded within a half hour, agreed to meet at the foreclosure the next morning, and a great relationship began! Caryn was with us through the entire process. Any time I'd text her, she'd respond quickly. She took the time not only to respond, but to educate. We were able to go through the purchase process UNDERSTANDING each step - not just being told what to do. She made the closing process a breeze. I do very little communication verbally by phone. Having a young child, I prefer (and rely heavily on) texting and emailing. Caryn is one of the few realtors I've met who so easily and willingly communicates electronically. She stays on top of the latest trends in the market. She is absolutely a top-notch realtor (as her various awards prove!). Thank you Caryn for your hard work!

ZillowCaryn is truly remarkable. We went to an open house with her, decided to make an offer, and by the end of the day we had a positive reply from the seller. She stayed on top of it until everything was in place and closing went without a hitch. We highly recommend Caryn!!!
