I'm the founder and team lead of Salt & Soil Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty, serving Jacksonville, Onslow County, and communities throughout Coastal North Carolina.

I have a particular passion for land, farms, acreage, rural properties, and homesteads. I own and manage land myself, so I understand that buying acreage involves a lot more than simply looking at the number of acres and the price. Access, soils, wetlands, utilities, zoning, timber, drainage, development potential, and future land use can all have a major impact on what a property is really worth and what you can do with it.

As a Navy veteran and longtime member of the Jacksonville community, I also understand the unique needs of military families moving to and from the Camp Lejeune area. I believe clients deserve straightforward advice, strong communication, careful analysis, and an agent who is willing to dig deeper when the answer isn't obvious.
