ZillowVERIFIED Carrie is the gold standard for a good realtor. Our landlord surprised us by telling us she was selling our rental. We scrambled and tried working with another realtor for a week. We waited days for responses and never received any questions about our situation or information on houses. We decided to go with Carrie and that same day, she was already showing us three homes. She was honest about telling us which homes would be a fit, and what work needed to be done at each house. When a new house popped up on the market, she managed to get us a tour within 3 hours. We made the offer with her while still on the house tour. Over the course of closing, Carrie remained responsive and pro-active. We closed on that little home two days ago, and she was right there with us through the signing of documents, and even helped us drop off the first car load of boxes. She's given us the contacts for several contractors and even set up a new fence installation appraisal. My wife and I are beyond grateful for everything Carrie has done for us. I cannot imagine we'd be moving into such a good first home without her assitance.

But we cannot give enough kudos for her hard work and care of our property while it was listed. She functioned almost as a property manager in addition to showing and selling. We've never had a realtor more willing to roll up her sleeves and get things done-from sweeping, shoveling, chiseling ice after an outside faucet had been left open, to arranging window washers and everything in between to keep our place pristine for every showing. ZillowVERIFIED My situation was owning a rental house in Cortez where I no longer lived. There were long term renters that decided to disappear with the place trashed. Given Covid-19, my access to travel was limited. Enter Carrie Summers! She immediately organized cleaning inside and out, assessed the best options to enhance the sales price, and got workers organized to do the work. Someone was at the house almost every day fixing, cleaning, or painting. She choose inexpensive workers and the work was exceptional. She also found a motivated buyer even before the property was listed and for an amount significantly over what we had discussed previously. The closing process went smoothly. The executive summary is that Carrie is very motivated to do ANYTHING that will get the property bought or sold. Since I was in another state, I got daily updates, usually with pictures. This project would not have come out well if it had not been for Carrie. I tried another agent before Carrie at the suggestion of a friend and that agent dropped it after one look. Carrie saved the day!
