Carrie Smith

Hi, I'm Carrie! I'm a local RealtorA(R) / Broker here on beautiful Oak Island with The Shoreline Group at Coastal Lights Realty. I help people just like you find the right home-whether that's a cozy beach cottage, a smart investment property, or a vacation getaway.

As an Airbnb Superhost, I also manage my own short-term rental. I love helping buyers see the full potential of a property-not just for living, but also for investing.

My husband is a real estate investor and entrepreneur, so real estate plays a significant role in our daily lives. We believe in building something meaningful, and I bring that same mindset to my work with every client.

When I'm not showing homes or managing Airbnb bookings, I'm soaking up island life with my husband and our Goldendoodle Belle, enjoying local businesses, reading a good book on the beach, and connecting with this amazing coastal community.

If you're ready to make a move-or just curious about what's possible-I'd love to help.
