Carrie helped us buy our first investment property, and to put it simply, she was PHENOMENAL! We had a lot of questions going into this, especially since we planned to rent the home out, and she was a huge help from the beginning through closing. She got back to us right away whenever we needed something. If she had to track down an answer, she followed up. We werent chasing her for updates, and we always knew what needed to happen next. Carrie also took a lot off our plate. She kept us on schedule, stayed on top of deadlines, and reached out to vendors on our behalf. There were plenty of things we would have had to spend time figuring out ourselves that she simply handled. That made the whole process easier. She knows the market extremely well, but what surprised us was how many local people she knew. Almost every time we needed someone, or mentioned something we would eventually need help with, Carrie had a person to call. Buying the house was one thing; figuring out everything we needed to rent it out was another. Her connections have already been helpful, and we know well be using them well beyond closing. We felt comfortable asking her anything, and she put a lot of time into helping us get through our first purchase. Were excited about the property, and Carrie deserves a lot of credit for helping us get here. Wed absolutely recommend her and fully plan on calling her again for our next purchase.

Carrie is excellent. She is everything you would want and expect from a realtor and more. She truly exceeded our expectations with communication, kindness, patience and understanding. We had a unique and not so easy situation that she helped seamlessly guide us through. This is due to her years of expertise in the field. She was with us every step of the way. Carrie is the best realtor. She was responsive to every call/text or email we sent. Our process took almost 4 months and she remained in contact with us almost daily keeping us updated on the status.
