The first time we went to their office, they had an entire presentation about every step of the VA loan process. Tim and Carrie knew the VA loan in and out and explained to us in detail the process of using a VA loan, worked with our lender, knew exactly what we wanted in a home and didn't try to upsell us, answered our million questions about the VA loan, how to buy a home, the inspection and appraisal process, property taxes, etc, and found us the best house for our family. Most impressive to me was the fact that Tim and Carrie never leave you once the last closing documents have been signed. They have answered questions for me about what's trending in real estate and decor, worked with me later during a mortgage refinance, and never once have they treated me like I was yesterday's news. I've had realtor's before- but never have I left the closing and understood that I had just made new friends- these two wonderful realtors!

The way it was constructed, the ease of navigation, everything said "these people know what is going on. They had prospects coming through he first week we signed up. The other agency sent two people by in six months. We had the house sold in a couple of months (much faster than they indicated).Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Call Carrie and Ti.
