ZillowVERIFIEDUnfortunately she provided the door code to my rental property to her client directly without prior knowledge or authorization and they moved in prematurely. She was not authorized as pre-move-in photos or check in paperwork was not completed or approved with her client.

ZillowVERIFIED This was not our first time working with Charise and the Caliber team. They previously sold another condominium unit for us in Anaheim's Platinum Triangle and that worked out very well. When we went back to Team Carrie and Charisse, Charisse walked us through how tools in the industry had changed in the last four years and an advantage that Caliber and the team had using Zillow for clients here in Orange County. Charisse did a unit walk through, targeted the right price for our 8-year-old Townhouse style condo, and sold the unit on the first day on the market at asking price. We are very pleased with Team Carrie and Charisse.

ZillowVERIFIED Charisse and Carrie have been holding Open House events in condos for several years at Stadium Lofts. We have attended almost every one just seeing how the units looked and how they were staged. Charisse and Carrie were always great to talk with and very knowledgeable about the Stadium Lofts Community amenities. When we decided to sell one of our units there, they were the results oriented team to turn to for our sale. It took them just one week to successfully sell our unit. We are very pleased with this team and would use them again.

ZillowVERIFIED The group helped me get minor things fixed, condo painted, and had the condo staged. They walked me through the selling process and we eventually turned the first offer into a sale. They communicated well and responded to all phone calls and emails in a timely manor. I would use them again.

ZillowVERIFIED Charisse and Carrie are amazing. They went out of their way to help me throughout this process. Even through all the hurdles that kept coming our way, they just pushed through and helped me get my home sold to the right buyer. Being in the mortgage business myself I see and work with a lot of agents, none are as ethical, kind, and hard working as these two ladies.

ZillowVERIFIED Team Carrie and Charisse were great and always there when I needed them. They were attentive and knew what I was looking for which made the process of looking for a home helpful. After initially looking at so many homes and not finding what I wanted, Team Carrie and Charisse remained confident and optimistic during my search. I know for a fact that I did not settle with the home I chose and truly found my right home. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie & Charisse helped us buy our first home just about a year ago. They were great advocates, responsive at all hours of the day, and hilarious to boot. During our first meeting with Carrie she could tell the house wasn't a good fit for us, and she didn't hide it. I love that about this team, they're not out to make the deal, their goal is to help their clients. The house we ended up getting we saw on a night when competing offers were in, and the seller was supposed to make a decision the next morning. They jumped on it, and got us the house over the other buyers. Evidently it pays to have someone who knows what they're doing! Carrie still sends us funny texts from time to time, and even brought us a pie and a plant a year after closing. So cool! Genuinely good people, great agents.

ZillowVERIFIED This review is long overdue.. it has been almost a year since we bought our house with the help of Carrie and Charisse. We happened to meet Carrie while out house hunting.. within minutes of meeting her, with no desire to even have an agent.. we decided she was the perfect person to help us find our forever home. She was professional and so easy to talk to. She really listened and understood what we were looking for as first time home buyers. She was patient with us, responded quickly to texts and calls.. and was always on our side. She is simply GREAT at what she does. We called Charisse, Carries partner in crime. Charisse handled more of the behind the scenes things like paperwork and loan docs with us and she was fantastic as well. The two make an excellent team and we were fortunate enough to have them as agents! We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants THE BEST. -Kristina and Adam

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie and Charisse constantly worked to get us the best deal possible. They went the extra mile in trying to accomodate everything that we wanted. They fought hard for us st the bargaining table. In terms of the paperwork process, they made everything a breeze. They knew the market well and in the end got us a great deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie was the best! She took her time with me, showed me tons of houses and really listened to what we needed and what our budget was. She worked very hard to help us get our dream home! Carrie kept her eye on a house she knew I wanted for over 6 months! The minute the house went up on the market again she called me. She answered all my questions and being a first time home buyer I had A LOT! We ended up buying a home for a great deal and its all because Carrie was quick and responsive!

ZillowVERIFIED Team Carrie and Charisse absolutely knocked it out of the park for me! Their help on both the selling and buying end proved absolutely invaluable to me and ensured that I ended up not only with the right price for the home I was selling, but awesome terms for my new home. I would recommend Team Carrie and Charisse in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Charisse and Carrie did a fantastic job selling my condo. They knew the market very well and had it sold in record time for a record price for my complex. They even coordinated a paint job and had some minor repairs done while I was traveling out of town for work. They made the process easy and painless.

ZillowVERIFIED To say that Charisse & Carrie were amazing would be an understatement! Not only were we selling our home, we were also preparing to move cross country, all in about 4 week period. It was a stressful time, but their help made a world of difference. Not only were they incredibly responsive, they were also very proactive in getting us to where we needed to be to get the house on the market & sold (very quickly & above asking price!). Once we had accepted an offer there were inspections, tons of questions and a million little details to work out before we moved. They were with us every step of the way. We feel absolutely spoiled with the service that they provided. They set the bar high for all our future real estate transactions & expectations. If you are looking for someone to sell your home or help you find a home look no further! They truly are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED You really need to contact Carrie and Charisse when buying or selling your home. I had a great experience with Charisse. They are so trustworthy, which I think is one of the most important parts of buying or selling a house. They were able to answer all of my questions, made me feel so comfortable, and I didn't have to do much at all. I was more than happy with their services, expertise and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend going to Carrie and Charisse whether you are buying or selling a home! Thank you for everything ... I will be coming back when I go through this experience again :D

ZillowVERIFIED Charisse took the time to show me several condominium units in Orange County. When I decided on which one to buy, she did everything for me. Everything. I live in Dallas Texas so this had to get done through her in Orange and it could not have gone any better thanks to her and Carrie helped too. Then, if that wasn't enough, she referred people to help renovate the unit including floors and paint. Finally, unfortunately I had a water leak just this week. My neighbor informed me of the leak. I asked Charisse to take a look and she was there within minutes! You will not find a better real estate agent anywhere. Her and Carrie....tops.

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome!!!!! Don't hesitate to call these native California realtors! They can help you find your dream home now! My husband and I worked more closely with Carrie, but Charisse stepped in when needed and both ladies are professional, poised and patient! Poor Carrie, she had to deal with my expectations coming from the Dallas, Texas area where I had lots of land and a huge home! But no worries, Carrie LISTENED and delivered the one-story home in a great neighborhood; we are so happy with the privacy, 1/3 acre of land and pool that came with the house. We are eternally grateful for Carrie's knowledge of the real estate market! She is a wealth of information and has the patience of Job as I think we looked at a bazillion houses before finally settling on the gem she helped us find! Thank you Carrie and Charisse! ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Carrie and Charisse to sell our home in Newport Beach and buy a home in North Tustin. They helped us get top dollar for our sale when other local agents had given us some low estimates for a list price. They also sold it in record time, so we had to buy something quickly in a very competitive market (so we looked at a LOT of homes in a short amount of time). We ended up with the home we really, really wanted when there were multiple offers on the property and they worked through some tricky variables with the seller. They're the perfect combination of professionalism, responsiveness, and emotional support. They also continue to provide advice and support well after the sale, whether it be with remodeling projects, home warranty issues or insurance questions. We've recommended them to friends and family and will use them for every real estate transaction in our future.

ZillowVERIFIED I have referred Carrie and Charisse to numerous friends and family as well as using them for all my real estate transactions over the past 8+ years. I have purchased 2 homes and sold one condo with them. My recent home purchase is my dream home...great backyard, recently upgraded living space, etc. I wasn't actively looking but when I saw this place pop up online, I sent them the link and we were looking at the property and submitting the offer the same day. They are responsive and are ready to go when you are!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started looking for a house in Orange 3 years ago, right when the housing market prices were starting to shoot back up. Because of the knowledge of the market, persistence and professionalism Carrie and Charisse displayed during this extremely nerve racking experience, we now own our forever house. These ladies wrote up 21 offers on homes we wanted to purchase, and each time they used the same amount of energy and enthusiasm to help us finally buy our home. These ladies continue to strive to become better and better realtors as they keep themselves trained and informed on all the latest housing market trends and are constantly networking within the community. I referred Caliber Realty to my cousin who had the same experience and now lives 3 miles away from us. If you are looking for a realator team, we strongly recommend Carrie and Charisse.

ZillowVERIFIED Charisse is such a stand out professional who is attentive, knowledgeable, personable and super responsive. She took extra care to explain everything to us and has a great network of other industry vendors (escrow, plumbing, contractors) which operate at the same level of excellence as she does, which was invaluable since we did not even know how or where to start. Our biggest rave would be, she found the perfect place for us to start our life here in California. The MLS listing pictures did not do the property justice so we did not even have it on our radar. Due to Charisse keeping in mind all the things we wanted and knowing that it was a match, she suggested we view it and we were SOLD. We are now happy homeowners. We can not thank Charisse and Carrie enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Charisse, along with Caliber Realty, provided the best personal service I have ever received placing a home on the market and finding a new residence. During the sale of my house, which is stressful enough, my family and I had to attend/arrange for the funeral of a family member in another state. Charisse, along with Carrie, handled absolutely everything regarding the sale of the house. They never missed a step but were very respectful of the situation. Charisse made herself available for any questions I may have had (and there were plenty) 24 hours/day. The treatment I received was first class and I would recommend Charisee and Caliber Realty for anyone selling or buying real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home for our family. We gave Charisse a long list of necessities in order for us to find a home to purchase. We were not in a hurry to buy and we were willing to be very patient in the process. Charisse was able to find us a home that matched our list or requirements much quicker than we had expected. Not only is the home in the school district we wanted, it also has the square footage, street, lot size, amongst many other things. Charisse, along with her partner Carrie were able to negotiate with the sellers to get our offer accepted even though it was not the strongest on the table. They both were always available for the endless questions we had. Their creativity allowed us to complete the deal. I would recommend Charisse and Carrie for all of your real estate needs.

We absolutely loved working with Charisse and Carrie and would highly recommend Caliber Real Estate Group to all our friends and family who are looking for homes. Lauren and Charles
