About Carrie Corcoran

As a Residential Realtor since 2011, I live just east of Salem in the rural town of Sublimity with my husband, children and 2 dogs. I entered the exciting Real Estate industry in 2011 and quickly fell in love and developed a team in 2020! During my time as a Broker, my team and I have worked our way to the #2 spot in our Brokerage, are in the top 2.5% in our MLS & the top 1% in our company nationwide out of 17,000+ competing brokers . As a team, we have amazing working relationships with other Brokers in our market which allows us to help our clients achieve their goals while still allowing us to negotiate hard on behalf of our clients. Giving back to our community, supporting local small businesses & community events & organizations is something we pride ourselves on. Outside of Real Estate I enjoy volunteering at my kids' school, attending their sporting events, and enjoy camping or traveling with my family. I had issues with Carrie I signed paperwork but she forgot her's, so she took mine, never returned, every meeting I had with her she never had info for meetings, she wanted to tell me what to do rather than work with me on my sales, had to dissolve our relationship, now can't get keys to place back or original paperwork of listening of property she sold for me, then I couldn't list with anyone cause she listed my place with 2 RMLS numbers, so held up my sales of Place for 5 weeks, when notified her she told me I was wrong, finally 5 weeks got unlisted.
