I found it difficult to connect with her from the startaEUR"there just wasnt much personality or effort to build rapport, which made communication feel strained. I didnt feel that she truly understood what I was looking for, and overall, it seemed like we werent on the same page. After finding a home I really loved on my own, I asked her to submit an offer. I didnt hear back for several days, and by the time I finally got a response, the property had already sold. It was incredibly frustrating to miss out on a home I was excited about due to unnecessary delays. I wouldnt recommend her based on my experience.

Not only did she answer all of my panicked phone calls during the home buying process, her loyalty to us didnt stop there. Even after we purchased the home and we had some insurance battles she answered our calls and resolved the issues within hours. She gave helpful tips to get the house ready for showing, had a professional photographer come in and do the pictures for the listing on MLS, and really did guide m us through every step - from septic inspections, to finding someone willing to come in and clean after the kids and I were fully moved out, to how or when we change over our water and electric service. We showed our house for maybe 2-3 weeks and we had two offers. One we accepted and it went to sale! couldn't have asked for a more down to earth, easy going person with whom to work. Couple that attitude and flexibility with her knowledge of local real estate, list of people willing to get in and get stuff done, and what seemed like a 24/7 work schedule - Carrie not only got our house sold, but got it sold quickly, saving us so much stress! Which could have been crazy because we were conversing from NC to CA for the last month of closing, paperwork, touch-ups, etc. Thank you Carrie! ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Carrie to buy a home in Jacksonville and she was amazing. We were out of the state throughout most of the buying process and Carrie was very accommodating and always available to talk. She sent us photos, videos, and even FaceTimed with us to help us feel more comfortable with buying a home weve never seen in person. Being unfamiliar with the area, Carrie also gave us all the info/recommendations we needed for local inspectors, mortgage brokers, ect. We were first time home buyers as well and Carrie did an excellent job explaining the whole process to us. When we finally saw the house for first time during the final walkthrough, Carrie helped point out the final touch ups that the seller needed to do in the home before closing. Then after closing, she even picked up our keys and brought them back to our home for us. She was all-around such an easy, nice person to work with. We definitely recommend working with Carrie!
