Carrie Bantel did a great job and I can be difficult. This was 3rd deal Ive used her on and I would use her again. She was proactive and had solid suggestions on multiple fronts including pointing out various issues that I was not aware of that would require renovating/repairs. Carrie was very easy to coordinate and schedule viewing of properties with short notice.
