When I decided to buy a condo in Bozeman to be closer to my grandchildren, I chose to work with Carolyne Calvin of Keller Williams Montana. She came highly recommended, and I am glad I made the choice I did. Carolyne was great to work with and proved at every step that I had chosen well. I especially appreciate her knowledge of Bozeman and understanding of the current market, her honesty and integrity, and her wonderful customer service. Finding and buying a condo in the current market in Bozeman is not an easy task. To add to the challenge, I didn't yet live there, so much of our work was done long distance. Carolyne regularly sent me homes that fit my criteria, and we toured lots of condos, some in person and some via FaceTime. I was impressed with how quickly she figured out my taste and my needs and guided me to many good choices. She wrote several offers for me, and early in our time together, my offer was accepted on a place with a wonderful location. Carolyne recommended a thorough, honest inspector, and he uncovered some serious, previously unseen problems with the condo. Carolyne helped me work through the decision to withdraw the offer, and took care of it. A few more offers, and I got the perfect spot for me. It is immaculate and move-in ready, with no major problems. Carolyne advocated for me all along, making sure that I found and purchased a place that fit my needs and desires. She made a difficult process far easier with clear explanations, easy communication, and ready accessibility.
