ZillowVERIFIED Addie & Carolyn are simply amazing, incredible real estate agents who continuously advocate for their clients. After making the momentous decision to plunge into the home-buying process, my spouse and I were quickly overwhelmed going to open houses on our own and having not the faintest clue what we were looking for. Oftentimes we left saying things like That was nice... but not truly understanding what to look for in our assessment. I even signed-up for a home-buying course (which I never attended, because we had Addie & Carolyn!). Finally, I discovered Team Reis and after the very first meeting, I felt confident in their abilities because of how they broke down the process in a flow chart (A FLOW CHART!). Addie and Carolyn were available 24 hours and I was able to text them about ideas & houses at any time. Most importantly, they were HONEST. At first, I loved the idea of an old Victorian on the water, but then realized that my home-improvement skills were limited to Tim Allens magnum opus Home Improvement from the 90s. Overall, Team Reis was on-point, responsive, honest, and available. We felt we were their only clients always, and we are so happy to be in a gorgeous home. Team Reis is amazing, and I cannot speak highly enough of their support and network of people.

We were nervous about the whole idea of selling and buying. There was so much to think about, questions like what if nobody is interested in our home or what if we sell and cant find a new home. Addie was so patient with all our questions, as well helping with online forms. She always put a positive spin on everything.
