ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn helped us buy our first home in a safe and comfortable neighborhood in Shelby County, TN. I was afraid that my work schedule would impede the process. However, Carolyn was able to work around my schedule, visiting one to two houses after 5:30pm, submitting offers and negotiating for us during weekends and late hours [even while she was on a vacation]. My wife and I were new to the area; we knew nothing about Memphis neighborhoods. It helped that Carolyn was a local expert [I am not exaggerating] and she listened to our concerns. She guided us through navigating a seller's market. She helped us understand the real estate jargons and provided data-informed counsel during negotiations. It felt like we were not alone; she became part of our small Caribbean & South African American family. I highly recommend Carolyn if you are looking for a resourceful and reliable agent who cares, listens, and is diligent about finding you a great home. I will definitely work with Carolyn again.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn was Awesome! I needed someone who had my interests in mind and would be willing to help me with finding the perfect home. I came to town for a househunting trip with the hope that we would find and secure my new home. Carolyn actively found listings that fit my criteria... and when the perfect home came on the market, on my last day of my trip, she was able to line up an appointment that day to see the property and then worked with me to successfully win the offer bid for the home. I would highly recommend Carolyn if you are serious about finding your new home.

ZillowVERIFIED She is really nice and very knowledgeable.Im am so excited that my aunt and I have the pleasure of working with Ms.Carolyn. She is so helpful and even after hours shes right there to help. Even when looking at houses and changing things at the last minute she does it with no problem. My aunt and I just loves her spirit I'm glad we met with her. She is the best agent very reliable and respectful. I have ran across some horrible agents that just dont care but she cares and willing to take time to help us out to find the right house. So far this has been the best experience with her.
