ZillowVERIFIEDCarolyn was wonderful. She made the process of buying our first apartment in the city seemless. She went above and beyond to hold our hand thru the entire co op process and helped us get approved and closed! Honestly a 5 star experience from contract to close. Thanks again Carolyn!

She always asked the right questions and was very quick to understand the feel of the property we were looking for. She was always very attentive during our many visits and gave us insightful and appropriate opinions. When we found a property and made an offer, she was always on point trying to secure the best deal and terms for us. She provided invaluable help during the preparation of the board package and helped us prep for our interview. Now I am happy to call her a friend!A true professional, great energy, and a lot of fun to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn tenaciously led the way for my partner and I, who are first time buyers, to achieve a slice of the NYC pie! When I found Carolyn online, I expressed fear and doubt regarding the intimidating purchasing process but she held our hands throughout the way and never lost her energy and charisma despite how tedious certain parts of the process were. We learned so much about the process through Carolyn that we are ready to tackle the market again (with Carolyn of course)! In all seriousness, apart from her knowledge and confidence, it was her familial guidance and support that allowed my partner and I to put our faith in Carolyn. It is 100% apparent that Carolyn loves what she does and wants the best for her clients. We closed 2 months ahead of schedule in our favorite neighborhood with the most charming apartment and not the slightest bit of trauma about the process, because of Carolyn (and her wonderful network... she will recommend the best people). Without a doubt, we would work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I, first time buyers, were looking for an apartment on the UES for our family (3 kids). While we would have been happy to keep renting, we wanted to explore buying to take advantage of low interest rates and a relative buyers market. Carolyn was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us A LOT about real estate: not just what to look for in an apartment, but what to look for in a building ("Always go to the basement of a building, you can learn a lot.") We ended up looking for ~6 months; she was incredibly patient as we went through several places. Most notably, we were very interested in a particular place, and Carolyn advised us against buying at the listed price (or anywhere near it). When she gave us this advice that was working against her own interest, we knew we could trust her, absolutely. In the end we found a fantastic place and Carolyn guided us expertly through the contract process, board interview, and closing. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Carolyn via Zillow when my wife and I were looking to purchase our first apartment in Manhattan. Right off the bat, she really impressed us with her knowledge of the New York City real estate market and the personal touch she brought to our home search process.Carolyn did not just help us find any home. She helped us find a place that met the needs of our growing family. She provided great professional guidance during the property search, but her personal advice was just as valuable for us. She introduced us to an amazing real estate lawyer, and advised us on renovations we could make on some of the properties we looked at. She gave us some valuable market insights and guided us when we negotiated the price for the property we eventually bought. She was prompt to respond to our questions via emails, text messages and phone calls. She thoroughly reviewed our board application package and prepared us for our board interview. Her attention to details was truly remarkable. In short, looking for an apartment in New York City can be a daunting process. Having an invaluable asset such as Carolyn by our sides during that process made a huge difference for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for properties in New York City.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn helped us buy our first home in Manhattan - we simply could not have done it without her. She's responsive, responsible, knowledgeable, energetic, and easy to work with. Carolyn was very attentive and perceptive when it came to what we wanted/needed - she didn't waste our time with listings that doesn't meet our requirements. What we loved about working with Carolyn the most is that she always offers to go above and beyond. She was generous with her time and this was especially important since we were first-time buyers and we were mostly out of town due to COVID. We highly recommend Carolyn!

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn was extremely helpful in the home buying process. This is the first home I've ever bought. I had found a co-op unit I was interested in, and Carolyn helped me set up the viewing, let me know what I should be looking for, handled the negotiations, prepared me for the board interview, and essentially walked me through the entire home buying process. She was highly available and very responsive to my many questions, and I would fully recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first-time home purchaser. I've often heard nightmare stories of the purchasing process in NYC. Carolyn Fox made the process (dare I say) easy and fun! She walked me through what to expect, had quality recommendations for bankers and lawyers, was extremely responsive and available. This woman is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. She practically performed miracles! She's not afraid to advocate on your behalf and has your back 1000% percent. I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking to for a broker and honestly she will be my friend for life. How many people can say that about their broker? Anyone would be lucky to have her on his or her team.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Carolyn through a friend that I trusted as I was thinking of selling my co-op, ( 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths) and I wanted to know what it was worth. Carolyn came over and met with me, and was extremely gracious and knowledgable about the market, my apartment's worth, and my neighborhood. She answered all my questions and seemed to really care about my situation. She also made herself available in case I had any other questions afterwards.I wound up deciding to stay in my apartment for the time being, but if I do decide to sell I will definitely use Carolyn. I feel lucky to have met her.Sincerely,
