Carolyn really had her work cut out with us- first time home buyers buying an older dream home. She was very helpful during the due diligence period with calling, scheduling, and attending appointments for inspections and communicating with the sellers agents. We would have likely benefitted from more guidance during the looking and offer process as we were first time home buyers without any idea of how things worked or what to look for in a house. Overall, Carolyn was nice to work with and was quick to respond to our concerns and questions!

Carolyn was introduced to us from our selling realtor in another state. She was kind and patient through our long process because of the big move and me trying to preplan it all. She got us set up with a loan officer who told us exactly what was needed so we were ready to pull the trigger on a house once we found one. Carolyn only sent us homes that fit what we were looking for. It was great that she understood what we wanted. She showed us several homes quickly and we felt like she treated us as her top priority. Carolyn fought harder than we did on the inspections and repairs that were needed and her efforts were not gone unnoticed. We highly recommend Carolyn to anyone that needs a realtor. Also, my teenage son said she is "low-key drippin" which translates to very stylish dressed and is a huge compliment from a teen.

Carolyn was great to work with not only did she go over and beyond to make sure Everything was done just right, she also made the process smooth and worked with a crazy work schedule that I have. its really simple, Carolyn is not just one of the best real estate agents, shes one of the best people you could ever meet. We met Carolyn by chance and had nothing to go off of but a few online reviews and I am so thankful we did meet her. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. The process for our home was not easy, because renovations had to be planned for, but she made it easy! She referred the contractor who has been phenomenal, she made the appointments for inspectors, picked up my checks and docs from my work so I wasnt inconvenienced... Shes the real deal and on top of all the things she did for me, she is one of the nicest, kindest, and selfless human beings youll ever meet.
