Make sure you also work with a good lender with experience, knowledge and track record

check the furnace, hot water heater and other items of maintenance before you list your home so there are no inspection surprises later ! also stage your furniture and put away any clutter from the surfaces

coorporate relocation, national and international, military and veterans, investors, banks, foreclosures and short sales, 2nd home and vacation homes, luxury market

sold a ski in/ski out condo in Breckenridge right on the Snowflake lift, fully furnished, out of state clients. very happy with the outcome. top price and terms
