About Caroline Yorgason
As a member of one of Utah's top real estate teams, the Red Sign Team, I bring nearly six years of experience helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. I'm passionate about people, play, and purpose, and that shows up in the way I do business every day.
I was born and raised in the West Valley/Taylorsville area and later moved to Logan to attend Utah State University, where I earned my degree in Family, Consumer, and Human Development. After several years working in the social work field, I followed in my family's footsteps and transitioned into real estate, where I found the perfect blend of serving others and building meaningful relationships.
Utah has been home for 31 years, and it's where my love for the outdoors really took root. Whether it's skiing, camping, or simply spending time in the mountains, I'm always looking for ways to enjoy everything this beautiful state has to offer.
My faith plays a big role in my life and fuels my desire to serve and care for others. I come from a big, close-knit family with 22 nieces and nephews who all claim to call me their favorite aunt, and I carry that same sense of connection and care into my work with clients.
I truly love what I do, and I love life. Helping people find a place to call home is more than a job to me, it's something I feel genuinely grateful to be part of!

Community Involvement
I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and am heavily involved as the Stake Relief Society President. I participate in various service opportunities in the community including St. Vincent De Paul, Bishop's storehouse, Day's of 47 rodeo and other opportunities involved as a member of the volunteers of America.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
I'm an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, canyoneering, biking, and skiing. Staying active brings me a real sense of accomplishment and joy, and I love both playing and watching sports. I also enjoy spending a day working in the yard or tending to the garden. Family and friends are a huge part of my life, so if there's an opportunity to spend time together, I'm in. And if good food is involved, even better! I'm definitely a foodie--sharing a great meal is one of my love languages.
FAMILY
Not currently married, but I must say I'm the favorite aunt of 22 nieces and nephews! My immediate and extended family bring me so much joy!

FAQ
My biggest advice for buyers is to get prepared early and surround yourself with the right people. Start by talking with a trusted lender so you understand your budget, monthly payment, and what options are available to you. Then, focus on your goals and don’t get caught up in the idea of finding a “perfect” home—focus on finding the right home for your current season of life.
In today’s market, buyers have more opportunities to negotiate, so having an experienced agent who knows the market and can guide you through inspections, negotiations, and the entire process is incredibly valuable. The right home is out there, and having a good plan will help you feel confident when the right opportunity comes along.
My biggest advice for sellers is to start with a good strategy and preparation. The market is always changing, and what worked a few years ago may not be the best approach today. Pricing the home correctly from the beginning, making sure it shows well, and having a strong marketing plan can make a huge difference in the outcome.
I also encourage sellers not to focus only on the highest possible price, but on creating the best overall opportunity. The right preparation and negotiation strategy can help you maximize your home’s value while making the process as smooth as possible. Having an experienced agent who can guide you through the decisions along the way is one of the most valuable tools you can have.
I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients throughout my real estate career, from first-time homebuyers taking their first step into homeownership to experienced buyers, sellers, investors, and families making major life transitions.
Every client has a unique story, goal, and set of circumstances, and I love helping people navigate the process in a way that feels personal and manageable. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a longtime family home, relocating, or trying to make a strategic investment, my goal is always to listen, educate, and provide the guidance they need to make confident decisions.
One of my favorite recent transactions was helping close friends of mine sell their home in Layton and purchase their dream home in Taylor. It was such a rewarding experience because I wasn’t just helping them with a transaction—I was helping them move into a home that was a perfect fit for the next chapter of their lives.
The purchase was especially exciting because we were competing against multiple offers. We put together a strong strategy, navigated the negotiations carefully, and were able to get their offer accepted. Seeing their excitement when they got the keys to their new home was incredibly special.
Helping people I care about reach big milestones is one of the things I love most about real estate, and I’m so happy for them and the memories they’ll create in their new home.
I graduated from Utah State University with my bachelor’s degree and spent four years working in the social work industry. While I loved helping people, I realized I wanted to build my own business and have the opportunity to work with a wider variety of people while creating something of my own.
Real estate felt like the perfect fit because it combines my passion for helping others with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships. I had some extended family members in the industry, and when I connected with my cousin, he invited me to join his real estate team. It ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Over the past six years in real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping so many people through major life transitions, and it has been incredibly rewarding. I love that every client and every transaction brings a new challenge, a new relationship, and a new opportunity to make a difference.
Yes. Before getting into real estate, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and spent four years working in the social work field. That experience taught me the importance of listening, understanding people’s needs, communicating clearly, and helping others navigate important decisions—skills that have translated incredibly well into real estate.
Over the past six years, I’ve continued to build my knowledge through hands-on experience, ongoing education, and working alongside a strong real estate team. I’ve gained experience helping buyers and sellers through a wide variety of situations, from first-time home purchases to complex negotiations and major life transitions.
My goal is always to provide my clients with the information, guidance, and support they need to feel confident throughout the process.
