Caroline Schorr

I am a native North Carolinian (Monroe) and studied biology at Wingate Univ. and UNC - Charlotte. Then taught at Central Piedmont Comm. College for about 5 yrs - then - entered a very successful career in Sales.

I became a Partner in a Manufacturer' Rep. Agency for a few years - then entered Medical Sales in the early 90's in Charlotte; then moved to Richmond for a few years; then on to Arlington VA, where I met my wonderful (and very talented musician) husband, Barry.

Upon his retirement from the Federal Gov't (don't EVEN ask which branch!!) in 2000, we headed for the Beech! Mountain, that is - where we became the only two "Schorrs of the Beech"!

After a bit of traveling, I entered the real estate industry - for I missed working with people - and found it a really FUN and REWARDING venture! It is a great blessing to be able to help folks find their " Dream Home" here in the Mountains - and - at the very BEST prices! Barry envied my FUN & followed me into the industry in 2006 - but later gave it up to concentrate on his guitar & banjo - AND he's become a bit of a fixture at the MAST Annex on Sunday afternoons! I'd rather spend my Sundays helping Buyers and Sellers - and making MANY, MANY GREAT FRIENDS! Come JOIN us - we've plenty of room here on the "rock!
