ZillowVERIFIED Carrie is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and goes above and beyond to help her clients. Whenever we went out house hunting she made sure to always point out defects that would potentially cost thousands of dollars to repair. She looked beyond the quick cover up and pointed out things like cracks in the foundation or a crumbling chimney. I was a new homeowner and Carrie was very patient and took time to educate me on the process along the way. She offered recommendations on various services such as funding or housing inspectors but she didnt get upset if we didnt go with her referrals. She made sure I wasnt taken advantage of and she made sure inspectors and contractors did their jobs honestly and completely. She even tracked one down on the beach in Miami and somehow got him to complete and certify his work and forward the proof to her all while he was on vacation. Carrie is like a momma bear protecting her cubs. She wasnt familiar with the inspector we chose so she went out of her way to show up to our inspection to make sure he was legit especially because I was an out of town client buying a house in a different city. Without her I wouldve been lost. She really is a wealth of information during a very stressful time. Thank you so much Carrie! I will definitely call her when Im ready to sell.
