Caroline was recommended to me by my neighbor whose family had partnered with her when looking for a house to buy. I had a house to sell, needed to arrange moving out of state for my family and needed a quick timeline. I'm so glad to have worked with Caroline as she always made us feel like a priority! She had a good eye for exactly how to get the house ready and great attention to detail, nothing was overlooked. She made all the arrangements for staging, moving furniture pieces out, even getting the lawn mowed and doing a final sweep of the house after we had to leave! She was like my second brain and made the whole selling process as comfortable and streamlined as possible. She always offered a complete picture of both pros and cons of decision making so we could make the best informed decisions. I greatly appreciated that! She is super responsive and timely with communication, a definite plus with any real estate decision. Thanks to Caroline, she was able to move our timeline along and get us sold at just the right time for us to be able to move forward with our other commitments. I'm so grateful to have worked with her!
