I normally do not take the time to write a review, but in this case, I was so impressed with Caroline's knowledge and expertise I'm definitely making an exception. Here is a brief summary of our experience using Caroline which I hope will help anyone who reads this understand a little bit more about why we were so pleased. First, being from out-of-town and trying to sell my wife's mom's lifetime home, we did not know any realtors. I began searching the internet on realtor reviews and information regarding their training completed and awards earned. We also wanted a realtor that had consistently sold a lot of homes year after year. Caroline quickly rose to the top in that search. Next, we met with her in person. She came fully prepared! She explained what she would do for us, gave us a detailed road map of exactly what would happen when, and provided excellent guidance as to what to price the home at using comps and her local knowledge. After meeting with other realtors, we decided to choose Caroline as it was clear she would get the job done. Being from out-of-state, we wanted things to move quickly so that we could get back home. Within a few days, she had a team in with her taking excellent photographs inside and out as well as from the air using a drone. Another person came and using a state of the art program, beautifully created a floor plan of the home. Caroline also created herself a full walk-thru-video of our home so people could do a virtual tour prior to coming out if they wanted. In addition, she did a short highlight video to help those that wanted just a quick snapshot of the best features of our home. Shortly after that, Caroline started working her magic on the internet. Within a couple of hours she had my mother-in-law's home out on Zillow as well as all of the other major sites. We instantly had both a local and a global reach. Within 24 hours we had thousands of views and numerous saves of our home. She set us up on a mobile app that allowed us to easily accept requests for showings and know when we needed to be out so that someone could tour the home. That proved to be extremely helpful. We started receiving showing requests almost immediately and within the first few days we had 28 in person showings. The day after our home was listed, we received our first offer. Then we received several more offers. Caroline suggested that she could go back to each person that had made an offer and explain to them the situation and ask each to give their best offer. They did, and we sold my wife's mom's home just a few days after it was listed for more than we had listed it for. Caroline knew exactly what best to do every step of the way to get our home "out-there" and "looking-good" to potential buyers. We needed to do a couple things prior to listing the home and as a result of the buyer's inspection, and thankfully Caroline knew exactly who we should call to get those items done well and done promptly. That in itself was invaluable to us. If you want a person that is truly personable, professional and knows exactly how best to get your home sold, we definitely recommend Caroline.
