Caroline did an amazing job helping us sell our home in Browns mills! we had a bunch of hurdles along the way between having to expedite documents and even make a miracle happen having the certificate of occupancy inspection done the day before settlement due to the county being overloaded with inspections with only one inspector. Was in our corner the entire time and used alot of her contacts and references to get fair deals on repairs needed and required services to sell the home. We would highly recommend her to anybody looking to sell their home in new jersey.
