ZillowVERIFIED Caroline helped us purchase a townhome and then sell it two years later. She excelled at both transactions. First, she helped us purchase in the exact subdivision we wanted at an excellent price. Then during the sale of our home, some challenges with the buyers' mortgage company almost derailed the closing. Caroline investigated the issue and worked until she'd found a solution that enabled us to close the deal. She is exactly the kind of realtor you want on your side when you're buying a selling a house -- someone who will advocate for you and work hard to get you into (or out of) the home of your dreams.

ZillowVERIFIED Caroline was there for us throughout the sale of our home. She handled obstacles that popped up while assuring us everything was going to be all right. She responded to our inquiries within a short timeframe and followed through with each request. She and her associates helped us get the house ready to show and then close. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone who is thinking of listing or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Caroline was incredibly responsive to queries at all times of day, helped me navigate a difficult market, and was very accommodating in finding time to make sure I saw all the listings I was interested in. Given her long experience in the RI market, she also recommended an extremely competent home inspector. I would definitely use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Caroline. We completely trusted her with our first home buying from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and truly made it feel like she always had our back. Caroline went above and beyond within the process - this included attending every showing, answering basic questions about house hunting and buying at large, introducing us to a great closing lawyer and mortgage lender and giving us advice about the community and town.

ZillowVERIFIED Caroline was wonderful to work with as a realtor. We purchased our home from her 8 years ago and decided to call her when we wanted to sell. She is knowledgeable and very informative though out the process. She would give her recommendation, but also share all possibilities.Selling a home is stressful in the best of circumstances. Caroline kept everything on track in a smooth calming way. She made simple suggestions to help stage our home for prospective buyers to see it as their own and it worked! She and her partner were a great resource for some minor issues that came up during our home inspection. They also have a bin loaner service that was a huge help with packing.I have recommended Caroline to friends and they have been as pleased as we were - she would be a great choice as a realtor if you are planning on selling or buying (we have used her for both).

ZillowVERIFIED Caroline was great through the entire process. In the middle of this rapid turnover market, Caroline always made an extra effort to make sure she could get to each showing. She was able to go to every open house that we were interested in. Without her, it would have been a much more difficult process. She is always very responsive to texts, emails, calls, etc.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used several realtors over the years and Caroline is by far among the most professional we have worked with. There were times when we needed to see a property on very short notice and each time Caroline was able to make an appointment that worked well for both the seller and us. Caroline was always on time, always available to answer any questions we may have and accurate with her information. She made our experience fun and our property search successful. I highly recommend her and would most definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Caroline did a great job guiding us through the process of buying our first house and was very friendly, helpful, and always there when we had any questions. She has a great level of expertise on the Rhode Island area, and she was able to guide us in the right direction of the type of neighborhood we wanted to live in, and give us information regarding nearby amenities, since we came from out of state. I have no complaints about Caroline's work, I'm happy with the relationship we established together and I would use her services again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Caroline was recommended to me by a mutual friend who had worked with her in the past and had a great experience. My husband and I were on the fence about buying a home, and Caroline was very patient with us throughout the process. She understood exactly what we wanted in a home, and she ended up finding us a townhome in one of my favorite neighborhoods before it had even gone on the market. Not only was Caroline thorough and professional throughout the process, but she went above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor. The home we purchased needed some renovations, which was a first for us. She recommended contractors and even helped to coordinate their work, which took a lot of the stress off of us. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently sold our two family house in Cranston. As the house sold quickly, there were many things that came up under the home inspection that the new owner had concerns with. I personally thought that there would never be enough time to have several repair items completed by closing. Bruce and his team of subcontractors were able to complete everything and get this closed the week after Christmas! I would highly recommend Bruce and his team to handle any type of real estate sale. We have purchase (6) houses from Bruce over the last (20) years, I would think of no one else to call to get the job done.
