I contacted Chris by email and he immediately responded and followed up my enquiry with a telephone call. All details of the inspection and listing were handled by Chris. Throughout the listing period Chris contacted me frequently especially if there were issues or questions from prospects. I was kept informed at least on a bi-weekly period, usually weekly, of the activity - how many times the property was shown, comparisons to other properties in the park and neighboring parks. Chris was realistic and pragmatic concerning the pricing of the property. I was pleased with the response from his office staff when I called them. I am extremely pleased with the time frame from listing to closing the sale. I would enlist his services again.

Kris made the whole process as stress free as possible. He was very flexible with our schedule. There were a few times when we brought our kids along to look at the houses and he was very welcoming to them. He treated us more like friends/family, instead of just clients. He took his time and did a lot of research on the properties we were interested in viewing. Kris was always on time or early to our appointments. Even though we had already moved out of our home, I was still there almost every day working to finish the sorting, packing, cleaning and she was great about making sure all the agents bringing in clients were aware of this. One goofy agent set off our house alarm and left before the police came and Caroleann made sure she touched base with the other agent & spoke up for us so that it didn't happen again. The preparation in advance was very beneficial in that we narrowed down the list of prospective properties.
