Best Realtor of all time! She is quick, she is efficient, she listens, she wants to fully understand what you are looking for, she searches for you endlessly, she helps you strategize the best approach and the best locations for what you want and helps in every way. We were out of State and that did not slow down the progress of searching. Not only did we use her for our purchase July 2026, we will use her again and again for whatever opportunity comes up. Highly recommend, if you want someone who is on top of their game and will search for you and work for you.

ReviewWe could not have asked for a better experience selling our home with Carole. From start to finish, Carole was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. We always felt informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. Caroles strategy, attention to detail, and strong market knowledge helped generate multiple offers on our home, and ultimately we sold over asking price. What could have been a stressful process felt smooth and seamless because of her responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication. We truly appreciated the care and commitment Carole brought to every interaction. If youre looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond while delivering outstanding results, we highly recommend Carole!

Review Working with Carole was a very satisfying experience. She is very knowledgeable about the North San Diego County market and did a great job with showing us houses that matched what we were looking for. She was very patient (we had a few stop and starts to looking) and professional. Once we decided on a house that we loved, Carole did a great job in negotiating a good deal for us. She also guided us through the buying process to completion. We would highly recommend Carole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in North County.

Review I worked with Carole to sell my home in Oceanside, CA. Even though I had already moved to Florida, Carole went above and beyond to put me in the best position to get my home on the market to sell. She listened to my questions, was responsive to my concerns, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and experience with real estate in the greater San Diego area came in handy when making repairs to the home to ensure I received the best return on my investment. I appreciate the work she did throughout the entire process. If you need a realtor who puts the client and client experience first, look no further than Carole. Thanks Carole!

Review Carole is a motivated, proactive, and knowledgeable realtor to whom I enthusiastically give my highest recommendation, period. And here's why: During the search phase Carole's market knowledge and helpful suggestions and (even more importantly) disqualifications helped me efficiently narrow down the type of home and location I would be most happy with. Her patience enabled me to wait through the "almosts" for...the perfect one. Then BAM! The negotiation was crisp and professional with Carole's extensive experience. She gave me confidence I was not overbidding, leveraging the market understanding that came from the search phase. Carole partnered by offering her perspective on price, terms, and strategy, yet allowed me to be in the driver's seat on the items that were most important to me. Carole was super transparent and fair, which drove the deal to... ...the closing phase, where Carole REALLY stood out. Her detail orientation, extensive professional network of contacts, proactivity, responsiveness, and follow through allowed us to close on an aggressive timeline while I was overseas...executing no less than TEN (10) unique inspections and remedies. Yes, it was a complicated home, and I can't imagine tackling it again without Carole's help. Thanks, Carole!!! :-)

Review Wow!!! Carole was absolutely the best! We have bought and sold a number of houses. She was far and away the most amazing person. Carole set us up with a plan to put the house on the market, set up the photography, placed the home on the market and closed the deal in a few days. She was able to get us substantially over the asking price and closing was a breeze. No issues whatsoever. We couldn't be happier with her and would use her again in a minute. I recommend Carole without reservation. If you want a hassle-free sale of your home, reach out to her.

Review Working with Carole was a great experience. Starting with my first phone call with her, to my last phone call. She was so nice and comfortable to talk too about my situation with selling my moms house that was in a trust. With her advice and knowledge throughout the process , she was there to answer all my questions and gave us much needed advice. We accepted a offer from a buyer after the house being on the market for only 10 days. She responded very quickly to any questions I had. Carole kept me up to date with any information I need to know about. We had a very short escrow and then it was done. Went very smoothly. I highly recommend Carole Downings. We will use her when its time for us to sell our own home someday. You will not be disappointed!

Carole is extremely personable and genuinely caring, while maintaining top professional behavior and expertise. My situation was very tricky to handle because I live 500 miles from the property I was selling, and never even took part personally (in person). Carole had to handle everything remotely. Also the house was being leased to an elderly couple who needed help relocating, which Carole did. I would recommend her to friends and family for sure. She absolutely goes the extra 100! miles for you and knows how to be competitive gracefully in negotiations. I consider her the "Queen of Realtors" and mailed her a special crown to show my appreciation.

Review One Word: Excellence! Carole confidently walked us through a tricky time in the market! Not only is she a wonderful realtor, she's also a lovely person, making a stressful time feel calm and secure. She gave astute advice about showing our home to maximize its price. She's always available, always prompt and -most excitingly- she sold our home in less than a week!

Review Carole is both an exceptional realtor and person! During our real estate transactions Carole conducted herself professionally and was extremely personable. I would find myself chatting away with Carole at length as she is so charismatic and knowledgeable. Carole is pro-active and kept me informed of real estate trends, staging ideas, paperwork needing signatures, showings, interested parties, the escrow process, next steps, etc. She arranged for photographs to be taken of both properties and neighborhoods I listed with her and handled all the necessary marketing to ensure both properties got the visibility needed to sell in a timely manner. Everything Carole did exceeded my expectations and I was grateful to work with such a seasoned professional. Her deep knowledge and enthusiasm for her trade shows through everything she does. Additionally, Carole is incredibly responsive and always maintains contact via text, email, or phone to facilitate very quick communication. It was truly a pleasure to work with Carole and I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Thank you, Carole, for everything; you are truly amazing!

Review Carole Downing just sold a property for me that I had inherited from a relative. The property was in very bad shape but, Carole got me well over and above the listing price and a good deal more than any amount I had expected to get. She walked me through the whole process explaining everything along the way. She negotiated with buyer's agents expertly. She's also really friendly and easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Carole Downing to anyone needing to sell, or buy, real estate.

Great agent, we listed and had 9 offers in a few hours. Carole advised to take an offer that wasnt the highest but was basically a cash offer which turned out to be wise advice when the high offer fell out due to financing. We sold unit $35k over asking price.

Review I've moved from Bay Area to Oceanside and from the beginning Carole proved to be a great professional. She moved fast, answered all questions, was available 100% of the time. Review Carole was a pleasure to work with in our search for our forever home. She has such a bubbly, happy personality that makes looking at dozens of homes a positive experience rather then a burden. Carole makes you feel as if you are her only client. She is a very hard worker who makes you a priority. Carole is a straight shooter. She will tell you what she thinks about the property, is extremely knowledgeable and well versed of the surrounding areas and she knows her market well. Carole has a very good sense on what price point the house will sell for in todays market.

Review We listed our home with Carole after interviewing several potential agents. We found Carole's behavior highly professional, experienced and yet she was a great deal of fun. Our home sold rapidly in the price range that we had hoped. The process was painless and we enjoyed all of our interactions with Carole Having bought and sold a number of relatively expensive homes, we would rate Carole the most competent, conscientious and yet fun realtor with whom we dealt with.

We appreciate her frequent updates, making sure we are kept up-to-date on all developments.
