ZillowVERIFIEDCarol Tomayko has sold multiple properties for my family and me over the last several years. Most recent was a property that required a full renovation to prep for sale. Her guidance and expertise during the renovation process was amazing. Carol and Charity are a joy to work with. Carols professionalism, local real estate market knowledge and ability to close the deal quickly are unmatched! HIGHLY Recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have had a number of realtors working on our behalf over the years and none have made the buying and selling experience an "experience" of integrity, open communication, confidence, respect, concern, and reliable and spiritual support and personal engagement as did Carol and her team member Charity. They are always there for us and especially now as our friends with whom we can count on for anything! We fully recommend Carol and Charity! If I was still in an executive capacity or a business owner, I would do my best to entice them to work with me! They are a Blessing with hearts for good works!

ZillowVERIFIED Carol Tomayko and her team, Charity were always helpfull and professional. When we first met Carol, My wife and I need to move to washington State. Our home was in total disaster mode. Carol hired a cleaning company and even paid half down to secure the service. Our private water well needed a flow test. The well failed the test twice. Carol suggested a second opinion. She recomended a well company she had done business with over the years. The well needed a pressure valve. Carol got the well company and the buyer together and it was smooth sailing to closing. My home was on the market from Aug. 2021-June 2022. Carol went way beyond the call of duty to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED When the time came to sell our home, we interviewed a few different agents. After our first meeting with Ron, we knew he was the right choice for us. He is so heavily driven by data, statistics and facts. He can provide you with an accruate price for your home and he offers advice that's practical and truly sound. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I'd highly recommend hiring him. (He's also a lot of fun!)

ZillowVERIFIED Ron Huber is a dream to work with. He is incredibly knowledgable, communications were always excellent and so prompt and he went above and beyond in so many ways to make our home purchase successful and as stress-free as possible. He has great relationships with other agents that contributed to our offer being accepted. Other professionals want to work with him because of his work ethic, communications, knowledge and thoroughness. He worked to get a home warranty included for us and doubled a credit for an inspection item without troubling us in any way. He wants the best deal for his client - period. We relocated to the Pittsburgh area from Denver and found his knowledge of all of the suburban areas as well as all of downtown to be invaluable in helping us choose a town to purchase in.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ron and Carol.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our second house we purchased with Carol and we also sold our home with Carol. I cannot recommend her and her team more. Even other real estate agents have complemented this team on their responsiveness and negotiation skills. We won our new house because Carol simply would not give up for us! Charity has been extremely helpful in helping us navigate stay all of our first home and the purchase of the home.

ZillowVERIFIED My parents have used Carol to buy/sell 3 homes in the cranberry area so when it came time for my husband and I to buy our first home we knew who we wanted! Carol was able to get my husband and I into a perfect townhouse in this crazy 2021 market! She came up with a competitive and creative offer that allowed our offer to get accepted. We will be using her again when the time comes!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Carol Tomayko to ask for help in finding a home in Allegheny County, and she connected me with Ron Huber. At the time I was living in San Antonio, Texas, and looking for houses remotely was so easy with Ron. He did all the work and made me laugh the whole way through the process. I told him what I wanted, and he knew how to proceed. He did all the negotiations for me as if I was in Pittsburgh with him. He even put his phone on the dashboard of his car, and drove "me" around remotely showing me the area on FaceTime. When I found my home, he worked very hard on my behalf. I finally saw my new home the morning of my closing, and it already felt like home. Thanks, Ron and Carol.

ZillowVERIFIED Our property was unique being both a commercial and residential listing and was on and off the market for 2 years. Carol took over the listing and and marketing for the property and it sold very quickly after that. Carol, along with her support team, would instantly return calls and texts when we had questions or were dealing with showings and offers. She uses technology to make the showing and document signing process seamless and I was very impressed with her overall knowledge of the industry. Recommend 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was excellent. She told me what to do to my house like repairs etc. to make sure I can get top dollar. My house went on the market and on the first day had 2 offers and took one of them. I close on my house lest then 30 days after it went on the market. I really like how she gets back to right away. I don't think I ever waited longer then one hour for someone to get back in touch with me if I had a question.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so grateful for the professional support and personal encouragement Carol Tomayko provided during the process of selling our house. Her process was efficient and proved to be right on target, from home staging to pricing strategy. Carol was only a phone call away and if she didn't answer her phone or text immediately, she responded as soon as she was available. We never felt alone in the process. Closing was amazingly easy since her staff was always on top of what needed to be accomplished prior to closing. Carol is the ultimate professional and we would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We first contacted Carol five years ago when we were thinking about selling our house and moving locally to a place with more property and possibly more amenities We really didnt need her help to sell our house as a developer had contacted us to inquire about purchasing our property She and her team, Terry and Charity, were wonderful throughout, even though we really didnt know what we wanted, nor which direction we wanted to relocate They were very patient, and showed us many houses, from old farmhouses, to brick ranches, to more modern styles - all in an effort to help us decide what we were looking for Despite all of this, and our indecision, she continued to send us new listings as they became available Every few months I would contact her and ask to see some houses She was always eager to show us around and educate us on the whole home buying experience - looking at the windows, the basement floors, helping us to learn more and make the right decision for us When the would-be developer contacted us again this year, we decided to sell, making finding a new home imperative She and her team worked tirelessly, continuing to send listings and keeping us informed in how the home buying experience was changed due to COVID-19 We were unable to see the houses in person until the governor gave the go-ahead for the various counties It was nerve-wracking, knowing we had a deadline to be out of the house She was undaunted If I saw property on various websites or apps, including for sale by owner properties, she was more than willing to arrange a tour for us When we saw this place in person, we all fell in love with it As my husband has said, it checked all the boxes It was not a house that we thought we would want, but seeing it in person sold us, although we still looked at a few more houses in our list, just to be thorough She then continued to work on our behalf to help us come up with an offer that the sellers agreed to (there were multiple offers already on the table) But her hard work didnt end there She helped us every step of the way, making sure we could meet the closing deadline, and even helped us to close early! We could not have asked for a better person/team to work with No matter what challenges we presented, they rose to the occasion We wholeheartedly endorse Carol; you will not be disappointed We love our new home, and we could not be happier We only delayed writing this review as we were so busy getting moved in to our forever home We look forward to creating many new memories here

ZillowVERIFIED Having lived in our home for 35+ years before Carol Tomayko helped us to sell our home, we had no idea how involved and complex this process can be. Carol's decades of experience in our local market was essential in not only arriving at a successful conclusion - a sale at a good price - but also made for a pleasant experience for us. Her knowledge and quick response to our questions by her and her team were truly appreciated. Now we know why MANY other individuals select Carol to be their real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the responsibility of selling my Mother's home to fund her assisted living accommodations. During the Covid-19 restrictions, I interviewed many agents, some were friends of relatives, some were friends of friends. The one thing they had in common was the negative response to the home.I called Carol, to evaluate my Mother's home. She walked around the home looked it over and with confidence, she said, "I can sell this home."The home was listed on Friday and under contract Saturday. I recommend to anyone looking to sell you home , call Carol first.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol helped us sell a 200-year-old log cabin. Her local knowledge helped us find the right price for this unique property, plus Carol gave great advice on what things we should fix or touch up before photos were taken. She and her staff were efficient, and clear in their communications. Some nice touches: her staff created a wonderful 4-page brochure for the property, and she provided a timeline for all the deadlines and steps in the sales process so we knew if we were on track. All that effort brought about lots of showings and a full price offer.

But through it all she was helpful, incredibly responsive, and knowledgeable. She stayed so patient with us as we tried to figure out what was really important to us, and she guided us through the negotiation process so much better than wed have done alone. I am now using her to list my previous home, and would highly recommend her.UPDATE September 2019:We used Carol and her team to list our home in late summer, and it sold almost immediately. She gave us great staging advice, used professional photography services to make our home look its best, and helped us find our way through the process clearly and well. ZillowVERIFIED Carol Tomayko did an incredible job helping us sell our house. Prior to putting it up for sale, she and her knowledgeable team objectively advised us on what improvements or repairs would be beneficial to help us get the house sold and for a fair price. Since we had already moved prior to the sale, Carol even arranged and helped organize getting the repairs and upgrades completed. This was a huge help! We are very grateful for all the help and guidance she provided- she and her team truly went above and beyond our expectations. In addition, Carol is a wonderful person. She is honest, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are thankful we had her on our team to guide us through what can be an emotional and stressful process. We can not recommend Carol highly enough- she will exceed your expectations!
