I was pre-approved for the house within 20 minutes and she helped me so much throughout the whole process. She helped me find a good inspector. I am 23 and own my first home and I couldn't have done it without her help!! She was very compassionate and patient with me throughout the whole process! 10/10!! ZillowVERIFIED The last (and only) time we had purchased a home had been in 1999, so we had forgotten all the myriad details and variables to consider when in the market. Luckily for us, we found Carol through Zillow, and she became our indispensable guide with a steady hand on the tiller, steering us through the process of finding potential homes, making note of potential issues when necessary, commiserating when an offer was rejected (memorable line re avoiding heartbreak after getting one's hopes up about an offer: "I tell my clients never to fall in love with a house"), and always addressing our questions with honesty and confidence.I'll add that Carol was scrupulous about trying not to bias us about our judgement of houses, which we appreciated so much given that the process of finding and buying a home is SO fraught with emotions, high hopes, and bitter realities. Carol provided calm and compassionate objectivity that helped keep us on track. I hope we don't need a realtor in the near future, but if we did, we would ask Carol to represent us in a heartbeat.
