ZillowVERIFIED I have known Carol for years. She helped me purchase my first condo and now has helped me sell that home and buy my next one. She was professional, detailed and knowledgeable. In this current market, Carol was able to negotiate through a bidding war to get me the home of my dreams while she sold my condo for top dollar. Without her expertise, I would have been lost. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol Russo represented my husband and I as buyers and I can't recommend her more highly. I found Carol by cross-referencing reviews and sales volume within our target areas of Southlake and Colleyville. She is a top agent in the area with several listings and purchases each month. Unlike many other high volume agents we've used, you get Carol everyA time. She is the perfect balance of a serious realtor with the relationships to make deals happen, but with personal service instead of assistants after you sign.A We were coming from out of state and Carol did a wonderful job of showing us a great representation of the area, neighborhoods, and home optionsA at various price points. We wereA able to purchase our home in a highly competitive market because of her relationships. When our dream home fell out of escrow Carol got the call because of her relationships and we were able to make an offer which was accepted. During the negotiation process she had our best interests at heart and did not try to get the deal done by accepting every add on.A Throughout the process Carol also had fantastic recommendations for mortgage brokers, home improvement vendors and anything else we needed locally. She also was happy to meet vendors on our behalf, helping manage our move in when we weren't there yet.A Beyond making our home process as smooth as possible, Carol is a warm and calm person to work with. From the moment we first spoke with her we knew she was the right agent for us. Of the six agents we've used for purchases and sales in different areas Carol has been the absolute best.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was FANTASTIC (for both the sale of my home and getting me into a new home)! Very knowledgeable on the area and market, brings in the best support team (pictures, staging, videos, etc.), flexible/easy going, targets the needs of her clients, personable, networked to make each stage flow seamlessly with the right contacts....100% recommended and 100% would use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was a miracle worker! She helped us sell our house for top dollar and found us a rental house. We had a last minute problem during closing (a water leak), that caused a delay in closing, but she made the deal happen. Carol treats you like family and knows the locale real estate market. She is in the know!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Carol is a Southlake / Colleyville / Keller / Grapevine maven. She knows the area well and more importantly knows the market extremely well. Shes helped us purchase our last 2 homes and is so dialed in to home values that she sold our last home within hours of listing at full asking price. Cant beat that!

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand our very specific criteria. We were not the typical home buyers, and she was able to advise us and find the perfect for us home. The one we ended up buying needed a lot of investment, but she was able to highlight it's potential for livability and long term investment. I recommend her to everyone I meet that is needing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Carol we were able to close on a home in the highly competitive housing marketing in greater Southlake. Not only did she keep us in the game after the bid invite period had ended, but she provided superb thoughts, ideas and insights throughout the buying process that made an otherwise stressful time a relative "walk in the park."If the greater Southlake area is where you want to be Carol is absolutely the one to call.

ZillowVERIFIED We have never sold a house before and because of Carol, we had a contract in 4 days. She had all the resources lined up for us to sell our house quickly and exactly for the asking price. I couldn't have imagined it going any more smoothly or faster. She is excellent at marketing and she was always there for us even into the late hours. Carol made the process so easy and she was confident in everything she told us, which helped us remain calm through the selling process. Carol has a fabulous, welcoming and warm personality. She got to know our kids and their needs and wants too!

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was very helpful in helping me decide on a house. She found homes in the price range I requested in a great neighboorhood and stood by me all the way to closing. She went above and beyond by going to the home after closing to make sure that they had left the home in great condition. She had my locks changed for me and I have recommended her to others and they have used her. She is GREAT.
