ZillowVERIFIED First of all, I must warn you. DO NOT hire Carol Royse to sell your home! We listed our home with her and she has done absolutely NOTHING in acquiring a buyer. Her marketing plan consisted of listing our home with every search engine possible. THAT's IT! We have had 4 showings without any feedback. When questioned about why we haven't had a better response, she gave excuses. The market fluctuates, the interest rate recently went up. To placate us, she sent us analytics to the traffic that our listing has made. 1974 views. 89 saves. No offers. When asked did she follow up with any of the viewers/saves---uh...no. Again, excuses. When we asked to terminate our contract, she refused. She was unwilling to allow us to find someone else that would bring results. Any realtor that will not allow you to leave is not a realtor that should be in business. Beware. If you make the mistake of going with her, you will effectively have put the ability to sell your home in jeopardy.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I enlisted Carol Royse real estate to sell our home. The home sold in 1 week of listing. The buyer came through an outside agent who found the listing on MLS.Note: Nothing I say should be taken as a reflection of the realtors themselves, this is strictly a business observation. I was assured by Eric that when it came time for the appraisal he would fight for the highest price. Unfortunately, the appraisal came in well below the sales price. The primary reason was due to improper valuation of the solar system on the house. After considerable research on my part, I learned that Eric should have insisted that the buyer's lender use an "E" certified appraiser, who is trained to properly value solar systems. The end result is that we lost $25,000. Hopefully future sellers will not face this same problem.
