My husband and I are pleased to give Carol a 5 star rating. Carol was always available to us during the sale of our home, even when she was on vacation! She was very professional and accurate with her advice right from the start. We trusted her professional suggestions and consequently our experience with selling our home was reassuring and successful. Sincerely, Pat and George Witteman

ZillowVERIFIEDCarol is truly amazing. She is incredibly detail-oriented, persistent, and knowledgeable, and she never gave up on usaEUR"even while helping us sell a very difficult home. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful process felt manageable because of her guidance, patience, and constant communication. Carol went above and beyond at every step, advocating for us, problem-solving creatively, and keeping everything moving forward when challenges came up. She was a true blessing to our family, and we honestly could not have done this without her. If you want a realtor who works hard, cares deeply, and sees things through to the end, Carol is the one you want. Highly, highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Carol is an absolute miracle worker. I had given up all hope of my partner and I finding a home in today's market. Carol was dogged in her determination to find us the perfect place, spending countless hours and doing copious research. I couldn't ask for a more dedicated, professional Realtor. I'm super happy to now be in a new home, all thanks to Carol's hard work. I'm delighted to recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol made our home buying process a breeze. That was the easiest home purchase weve experienced. She was readily available and super knowledgeable of the area we were buying (such as recommendations on hiking trails), and made the whole process happen with ease. We highly recommend Carol and will be referring people looking to buy in Verde Valley to her!

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was amazing, not only was she personal, friendly and professional, but she went the extra mile on all the odds and ends to assist us in our dream home. She kept the flow going between all the other agencies and helped so much coordinating with the inspections, repairs, and assisted with the local vendors.

Her level of professionalism, expertise and integrity along with her ability to see exactly what her client desires and find that perfect fit is definitely Carols talent. She has tremendous patience and is extremely willing to go the extra mile for her clients, as we have personally witnessed each time weve been blessed to use her. ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Carol from Coldwell Banker Realty on the selling of our property in Sedona, Arizona. She was a total professional with her honesty, transparency and patience with us. She explained her plan to sell our property with her knowledge of expertise, answered our questions and immediately went to work. The sale finalized in a few days, when other realtors in the past were unable to succeed with selling this property. We wish her the best in her future real estate endeavors and thank her tremendously for all her hard work for us. She has made us very satisfied clients. Manuel, Jennie and Family Hinojosa

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend! Carol has a great sense of what we were looking for. She wisely guided us away from houses that were out of our price range and directed us toward our dream home. Sale and close of escrow went smoothly and without issues. So happy with the sale and highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol Roehner of Coldwell Banker recently handled the sale of our home. There were some unusual conditions and privacy issues surrounding the sale of our house that made for some difficult negotiations. Carol handled it well and came up with solutions that kept the sale on track and the property sold at our desired price. I wouldnt hesitate to use Carol as our agent again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheese Louise! When you look at the reviews here .. all 5 stars?! Well, we moved to Sedona a year ago and rented, giving us time to find the right home. We started going to open houses and met a few realtors that way. We tried one, who was unable to close a deal. But then we found Carol, a Goal Getter. Honest, straight talk express, extremely knowledgeable, knows the neighborhoods inside out and is always up to date on all the listings, new and old. She comes to every showing prepared - is already there long before you show up. Carol knows the experts when it comes to evaluating the home you are considering to buy. In the end, it comes down to trust. I'm sure we found one of the best, if not the very best realtor in Sedona. Every meeting with Carol has always been such a pleasant event, and now since we have found our new home ... I guess I miss her already. If you try to find a home here in Sedona that fits you and your needs, I think you know who to call.

ZillowVERIFIED I became aware of Carol Roehner through a random real estate add. I couldn't have been more fortunate. My wife and I were looking for a retirement home in this area of Arizona, with limited information on the communities here. In short order Carol had us feeling like long time residents, with her knowledge and willingness to assist us with any questions. when we had focused on our choice of property we asked Carol to make a special trip to the house to give us an honest opinion of the quality and features which we were unable to observe in person, but from the standpoint of we the buyers, Her honest opinion was spot on. In the end, the property was beyond our expectations. Carol is a true professional, I would recommend her under any circumstance
